would appreciate if someone can assist with my issue with volte subscription.
i'm currently holding 2 postpaid lines -
1. 4G4 on 2 year contract (on NFC Sim)
2. 4G3 Sim only (converted from shareplus)
Using (both models supports volte)
1. Iphone 7 plus
2. Samsung galaxy s7
However, since my subscription with StarHub in Aug 2016, I've never been able to register volte connection despite all the relevant switches have been turned on.
I've also tried these 2 sims on other volte-enabled devices but still didn't get any volte. Tried my colleague's volte Sim on both of my devices and it is able to get the volte connection. So it does not seem like a device issue.
would appreciate if someone could kindly assist to check and revert why the Sim I have is unable to connect to volte and propose some possible solutions.
I really want to use the service which I have signed up and not something that I sign up but unable to use...
Secondly, would like to check if a change of SIM card is required, would there be any fees incurred?
