I switched to a new handphone recently. Since then I have not been able to receive OTP, 2FA and SMS when I am overseas. Can someone help? I have registered for Pay-As-You-roam and my phone is set to data roaming.
By the way, I have tried messaging the Starhub Community Managers for assistance but was informed by the system that they have disabled private messaging.
