Hi, I have recently ported from M1 to Starhub and facing the same issue too. Contacted customer services twice and no solution provided yet. May i know what is the solution for this as i am not able to do online banking at all.
Facetime and iMessage was automatically switched to my alternate number when i ported over. So need to make sure that these are linked back to the ported number or removed. That was how i got the OTP to work for me again, hope this helps.

Do restart your handset or place your SIM Card in another handset to see if this helps solve the issue.
If the issue recurs, please provide us with the exact date/time the SMS OTP was sent/requested and the SMS number you usually receive these SMSes from so we can investigate further.
