Hi, recently I ported my M1 mobile number to StarHub on a Sim only plan non contract and I'm unable to receive one time passwords (OTP) and 2FA SMS sent by companies and government departments. What is the issue here and how can I solve this? Thanks

Hi, I have recently ported from M1 to Starhub and facing the same issue too. Contacted customer services twice and no solution provided yet. May i know what is the solution for this as i am not able to do online banking at all.

This concerns me deeply. Have you restarted your handset or tried placing your SIM Card in another handset to see if this helps solve the issue?

Hi, I am also experiencing the same problem as mentioned. Just ported my line from M1 to starhub 3 days ago. Had been calling starhub customer care for the past 3 days and no one has gotten back to me at all. I have tried changing my SIM card to another phone and problem still persists. I need urgent help.

I have recently ported over from Singtel to Starhub, and i am now unable to receive OTP and 2FA from banks, though i am still able to receive those from SingPass. Appreciate any assistance on this.
