How can I terminate my postpaid mobile plan from overseas? I have tried to call +65 6820 1633 from overseas but I do not get the usual automated response (I have turned on my roaming so it's not roaming issue.)
Kindly help as I want to terminate immediately.

I have requested to terminate my post paid contract on 7 May 2020 but till now you still billing and I didn't see any termination on my contract. Please help me to assist on it. Now, I already oversea.
