Subscribed to Plus 3 data upside but records still show exceed

Hi Starhub, my data usage now in red zone exceeded but last week I added the data upside already. Please look into this urgently as I still got 4 more days to free data weekend.

If you've added a data upsize recently, subscription and free bundles for your current month will be pro-rated according to the date of change. For an example, check out http://bit.ly/2hPkVIb.
