I subscribed international roaming with my phone application.
But I did not receive bill (10 S$ for registration fee).

Hi,
For any charges it will be in the monthly Bill.
If changes are made that is too late to be included in the Bill, then it will be included in the next Bill.
In order to confirm if you are subscribe to any VAS, do login to your Account and check.
Usually for any changes made, there will be a SMS acknowledgement.
