What's the starhub procedure for raising a dispute of the PRS charges. In accordance with the PRS code, the charges should not be appear on the bill until a resolution is reached.
On Starhub regarding to PRS services, please do read it in this link;
Meanwhile do login to My Starhub App - My Account - My subscribed services.
Select the Mobile number Contract and scroll to the bottom there is this Service settings.
"Manage Premium Rated Services" and select one of 3 options;
1. 3rd Party PRS Barring
2. Full PRS Barring
3. Deactivate PRS Barring
Do select the correct option and Submit.
If you are billed then do write in.
Basically this services are activated via Apps on the phone.
If PRS Barring is turn on, it will not be able to process as there will be indicated as Error.

So, please take note when installing the Apps, whether direct via Advertisement or links.
