Starhub apps unable to view mobile usage, it showing empty

Hi Officer,
 
After uninstall and reinstall again my starhub apps still unable to show mobile usage. I have to attached pictures for reference. Thanks

If you tap on "filter" on the top right of the screenshot, do you see your mobile service number?

Please remove your personal details here as this is an open forum.

At your post on the right, click on the arrow and select Edit Reply.

Remove all your personal details and click Post. (Leave it empty is ok)
