I am a new StarHub user. I opened my account last 07 November and was advised that my mobile data is already prorated which is set to 2.9GB until today. I am not sure when is my billing cycle. I called the Customer Service last week and was advised that my billing cycle is every 13th - 14th of the month. However, the data usage, calls and messages were not reset.

Have you cleared your app cache and/or reinstalling the app?
