Hi anyone can help in this APN setting? Call up 1633 they say they cannot do anything and data was charged for StarHub go.

hi, I was charged data despite being on the shwap apn settings. I've call starhub twice for advise and they only ask me to wait while they find the answer. it's been two days since I called. please help.
