Smart Support - Possible Device Swap/Replacement

Hi, I just recontract my postpaid plan last May 2016 and got Iphone 6s. I have slowly noticing quite an odd quality whenever I take pictures using the back camera. I thought it was really like that not until yesterday when my friend, who is also using the same model as mine, took the same photo, same angle and she had a very nice quality compared to mine. My photo usually end up too warm or has this weird blurry texture on the corners. I have the same settings as my friends - and still the photo ends up very bad. Could it be that my camera is defective? I am currently under Smart Support Basic - can this be covered for a replacement? Kindly advise. Thank you!
