Will you be able to do a service resumption on my phone? I've paid my outstanding bills yesterday via iBanking but it's still not resuming. I can send the iBanking statement if a document is needed.
Normal it may takes 1 - 2 working days to be updated to your profile.
You can login to My Starhub App or Account using your Hub iD.
Do check if the OS payment is clear or not.
If it is clear, you can contact HOTline 1633 CS to activate & resumed your services.
Alternately you can write to forum staff to assist you.
If it is not clear, do provide some proof of payment.
Do PM (private message) forum staff to look into your case on this matter.
On top right next to your name click on the Icon and select the Message icon.
As in email format, select >> Compose New Message
In the *Send to; forum staff >> Amy_Law, Jolene_L [Note: Do input exactly or copy & paste.]
