SIm Only Plan

HI

 

I have an issue to change my plan to Sim Only Plan. It show me that i am eligible to change my plan to Sim Only Plan. Its show failure next day when i check my acount activity.

 

I have sent an email to customerservice@starhub.com to ask why it turn failure and any alternative way to change to Sim Only Plan 4 days ago but  no response other than an automated mail.

For converting from postpaid mobile line to SIM-only plan, the existing contract must be fully completed.

 

To convert from Postpaid Mobile line to SIM-only plan, you have to submit the request thru this link;

As mention, i am not bind to any contract for the moment and i submited my request using the same link.

I attached the image for easy understanding. What are the action should i take?
