Request for Waiver for excess data

Hi Guys,

had a recent lifestlye change so change my plan from the old M plan to the new $105 2 year plan which comes with better package and more data. However, did not manage to change in time and we incurred charges for the additional data used. Is there any way we can request for waiver? The excess data used is definitely within the data limit of the new plan.

Hoping to get this resolved as the charges are exorbitant and cost almost the same as our old monthly plan Smiley Sad

Regards
