Hello! I'm currently on a 24-month contract (postpaid + mobile) that ends in early May, and I'd like to switch to a SIM-only plan once the contract ends.
I am currently overseas and won't return until July, so how can I facilitate this switch from abroad?

As long as you have a Hub ID, you can submit the change via our Online Store any time after your contract expires.
