Recontracting and switching to a SIM-only plan

Hello! I'm currently on a 24-month contract (postpaid + mobile) that ends in early May, and I'd like to switch to a SIM-only plan once the contract ends.

 

I am currently overseas and won't return until July, so how can I facilitate this switch from abroad?

There is no need to visit Starhub shop to handle this request.

You can submit the request here via forum staff to assist you.

 

Until you mobile contract have reach the expiry date, then post here for assistance.

 

Alternately you can PM to forum staff in this forum, which indicated as Community Manager

As long as you have a Hub ID, you can submit the change via our Online Store any time after your contract expires. Smiley Happy
