Hello, I am hub club member and am wondering if I can recontract my plan a few days earlier as I need a new replacement phone. My contract meets the 12 months mark on 29 jan. actually I was under the impression that I could rrecontract on 24 jan as stipulated by contract ( contract says my plan start from 24th) however due to me getting the phone on the 29th as I ordered online. StarHub staff is Saying that we can recontract only on 30th. Isn’t there a way to circumvent this rule to follow the contract? It’s just a few days , why is the rules so rigid ? By the way rightfully shouldn’t we follow contract in agreements?
