My mobile contract is gg to expire in may 17. I wasn't offered any Recontract voucher although i'm a loyal customer for yrs. I called n requested also not being offered any. I dont understand why i didnt get any voucher while i can get a discount if i port my mobile line. Is starhub encourgaing to switch telecomm rather than remain as loyal customer.
