Recontract voucher

I've been calling 1633 since 30th sept , regarding getting a reconstruct voucher. Which they say they will request for me & get back to me within 3 working days. & I did not receive any calls yet. I'm able to recontract on 17th oct & I wish to have the voucher. Im a starhub customer for almost 6-7years.. So why is it so hard to request for it? Please get back to me. Piingpiing89@hotmail.com
