I am a starhub mobile subscriber since 2007. I got a voucher only once in 2009. Since then there has been no voucher till date.
I called up customer care and they say that this voucher system has been stopped since March 2013, but I still notice people over here reporting reiceiving the same.

May i request of $100 instead as I am Starthub royal customer since 2002. I do hope that you can consider my request and I think it is also an appreciation to royal customers.
