Hi I am currently using 2 mobile lines for my business and personal usage purpose. I am eligible to renew my contract for one of my lines as used for 21months.. But so far i have not heard any emails or msgs from starhub regarding re-contract vouchers.(Even have been used the starhub since 2010). Some of my friends received msg from them..Is it case by case?? Thinking whether I need to switch..if no more benefits for loyal customers..
