Hi, I recently sign the new contract, have request to porting my starhub prepaid to postpaid. It have been 4 days already, the porting is still not successful. And another question, I cant link to Hub ID, when I enter the phone number for the "SMS OTP", it shows not valid number, why that happens?
We recommend that you wait for your first bill to be generated before signing up for a Hub ID.
