Porting prepaid to postpaid

I requested to change prepaid to postpaid at waterway StarHub on the 31/05 and was advise it will take only one working day to effect.


I'm able to use the service on 05/06 and tried calling 9850000 and was told that the number was postpaid. Supposedly only prepaid can use this service


I called StarHub hotline on 06/06 and the CS said the porting was still pending and will take at least another week.


You see the problem here?
