I have my StarHub SIM card delivered on Friday 1 Feb and till now have not received confirmation on my port-in request (more than 2 days). I’ve called numerous times to 1633 but was only told to wait for sms status notification.
I’m still using my existing line with Circles.Life. Can someone please help to investigate. This is taking way too long. My previous experience with other telcos was that such port-in only took a few hours.
