Hi i had just signedup as a new customer on 12 Dec.
Recieved my new sim card on 16 Dec 2018.
1. I had requested for Port In from Singtel but it has not been done so. I did not recieve any SMS from starhub telling me the porting process has started.
Please assist to check. My Singtel bill cycle will start on 22 Dec and i do not wish to get further charge by singtel because of starhub delay when it was stated that porting will be done in 48hours.
I had sent a private message to Starhub on 18-12-2018 09:58 PM. Please reply.
2. Could you please help me to link up my HubID with my starhub account? The error stating:
"The NRIC / FIN provided does not belong to a valid customer"
