StarHub customer service is really poor. Call in 5 times, everytime telling different story. At first the first guy told me that can settle the prob in few hours. After that call in again to check why it’s not fixed yet then another guy told me need to wait till the next day. Next day call in said within few hours, then again call in the other guy said within the day can settle. Then lastly I just called in he told me will only be settle in 5 working days. Ask him why his colleague tell me will settle within a day he told me it’s not him so said that (means not his responsible). If cannot fixed it so soon then can y’all just say cannot, why need to tell different thing everytime? The staffs training is not good? Why everyone tell different info to the customer? Rlly waste of my time.
