Only a $50 voucher??

I've been a loyal customer for 10+ years and even have a HUB club but starhub is only gving me a $50 voucher this year? I see people getting $150-$200 vouchers yet i only deserve a $50 voucher? This doesn't make any sense! Shouldn't starhub give more value when you are a longer loyal customer? I have been paying my bills on time and yet this is how starhub treats their hub club customer? My whole family uses starhub and yet we are getting this type of service from starhub. I'm very disappointed.

Not all are getting $150 - $200 vouchers as you mentioned.

The "Loyal Customer" thing is no longer relevant, as there are over 100,000 customers in each Telcos.

How each Telco set their priority is different.

 

Last year, it is the first time (since 10yrs+) Singtel sent me $50 each for 3 lines with them and recontracted few times without vouchers. But i did not do any recontract and so wasted $150. Upon termination, the CS want to know why, i did mentioned that $50 x 3 lines do not mean anything to me and told him to feedback to the Marketing dept. Within a week, i did received another $50 voucher, still i rejected by not recontract at all.

Even i recommended Starhub (all 3 services) to my Brother & Sister, never mentioned that they received any vouchers for many years "Loyal" customers.

For myself, also 10+ loyal customer, and up to now, i did not received any vouchers although i have 4 mobiles line plus Broadband & TV (on & off).

 

 

I suggest you to write to to    http://bit.ly/StarHubQuery    and they may increase the value in the voucher.
