Online recontract

Unable to do recontract online, when i select any phone with no NFC, the dialogue box pop out and i can't proceed further. It will just redirect me back to the product listing page. 


I've tried using different chrome, Firefox, Internet explorer, safari and mobile web. 

I only get the same results.

Starhub, please advise.

Did you include SmartWallet as VAS.

You may have to  remove it, if not, the message would repeat.


Do contact Sales hotline 1630 CS.

The CS will take your personal particular before transfer to the Online store.

The Online store close by 9.00 pm, so call early.

The store staff will then check and may continue the process for you.
