i just signed up to a new 12 month postpaid plan (CIS). I porting my number from another telco. From 19April till today, the porting number could not work. The previous telco told me they have not received any request from StarHub regarding the porting. Called StarHub yesterday and they told me they will call back immediately but till now nothing. How long will take as it was promised to be 1 working day in your website?
