My postpaid sim, shows not registered on the network. singapore line. just renewed.
This is happening from last few days. i made a complaint to the starhub customer service, no response yet.
pls assist me to fix this, at the earliest.. this is very urgent as I need this phone to work right now.
Hi @Heartillery, sorry for the inconvenience caused. Have you tried to restart your phone and insert your sim to a different device to see if the issue persists?

Hi Carla, thank you for your response. unfortunately I have tried the following to no avail:
restarting phone and clearing apps, junk and space
renewed line and got a new sim card from starhub
switching sims with my mums phone
following starhub call instructions to add shwap to APN
now it has gotten worse, now both my mum and my phone shows 'not registered on network'. the problem has now spread to both phones. urgently need this resolved. please help.
