Just switched over to a SIM only plan and I am not receiving text messages from my bank. Spoke to the bank, they asked me to check to see if Short Number texts are enabled. The starhub rep asked me to reboot my phone. Have done it a few times and still doesnt work. Any help would be very much appreciated.
