I’m not receiving OTPs from DBS. This has been happening for 2-3 years. I call DBS, they send some test messages and reset, and it works for a while. Then a few weeks later I stop receiving OTPs and the process starts over again. They tell me it’s the carrier settings that are the problem. Please advise

Starhub weren't able to resolve my problem.
But after searching other online forums I discovered there were +65 numbers in the list of blocked numbers under Settings/Messages/Blocked in my iphone (these were not blocked by me). I deleted those from the blocked list, and started receiving OTPs again.
It might be worth checking if other customers are having this same problem.
