No services for my iPhone 6 plus

Good afternoon. I had already made payment through SAM machine, and I tried to reconnect my line. But it keeps on showing "no service" on my screen. It has been one day since, and I would like to have my line back.

Hi  @Ece

 

 Payment may take a few days (about 2 working days) to reach Starhub system.

 

You can check using your Hub iD to login to either Starhub.com or mobile "My Starhub" app, to check if the payment is cleared.

Meaning there would not have any OS amount stated.

 

If it is done, no OS payment, then you can contact the HOTline CS to request to activate your accounts.

 

If not, (if you need to)

Please do submit your request and include subscriber detail, and reference to this thread to  

PM   Santosh Rai  to assist and look into your case on this matter.

Do note as this is weekend, you can PM asap so that he will able to read when return to office.
