Hello, i have made payment of my outstanding. but my line is still suspended. i cannot make any calls to inform that ive made payment as my line is still suspended. can someone please help.
Normally it may take about 1 - 2 working days to process, depend on which mode.
Do login to your Hub iD to check if the payment is clear or not.
If it is clear, you can contact HOTline 1633 to re-activate your line.
As the CS will able to check on the System on your payment.
Alternately, do submit your request to forum staff.
Also to include as attachment of receipt of the payment, if any.
Please submit and provide with the following information;
Registered subscriber Name, NRIC/FIN number, contact, email.
