I have 2 lines and the secondary line getting the promo sms instead of my main line

Hi,

 

I have 2 lines. I registered my Hub Club with *2990.

My main line is *2990 and the 2nd line is *5821.

*5821 keep receiving the Starhub promo sms.

This month is my birthday, *5821 getting the Birthday treat sms and the link.

Seem like all the Starhub notification go to *5821.

 

Another issue is that both lines are due for recontract so when I using Starhub app or online thru PC, I login using my starhub id. 

The filter only display upgrade promo for *5821 and I can't even change to upgrade for my main line *2990.

 

I have called up 1633 yesterday and they still have not get back to me.

Do I really need to go down to the counter for the upgrade for *2990.
