Most likely your Hub iD is wrong.
Do note it is case sensitive.
If you forgot your Hub iD, do click on Forgot my Hub iD.
Follow the procedure to recover your Hub iD.

Also, there is not "pop up menu" when mouse over the "little man icon", and I have to go to the bottom of the page and click on "View/Pay My Bill".
Another interesting observation, the "keep prompting to login" problem seems to occur when I try to redeem my reward points
Usually to do this way better.
At Starhub.com on the top left 3 horizontal bar, click
> Rewards > Rewards Redemption.
Then login from here which will prompt to login screen.
Before proceeding do clear your history & cache to prevent errors.
As it will keep a cache of your current & past history, if any, which may cause unexpected errors.
If this also failed do post here for forum staff to check further.
Alternately PM to forum staff in this forum.
Click on the username will show you if s/he is a Customer Service staff &or manager.

I have no problem to login, but keep promptin me to login, seems like the website can't remember my login state ...
I am facing simiar problem. cant even access personal account management or to redeem rewards!!!
