Hub iD disabled after resetting password

Hello, 

 

My Hub id was disabled with the below message, after I have reset my password.

 

Your Hub iD account is temporarily disabled for security reasons. To enable your account, please email to hubidsupport@starhub.com for assistance.

 

I have already emailed to hubidsupport , but with no response so far. Can anyone advise how to move forward please?
