Hello, 

I'm a new customer from yesterday.

I am also encountered similar issue.

My hub id isnot linked to any of my mobile number and broadband account...

I got a email from customer service.
It suggesting me to send PM.
In the PM, Reciever is required.
Whom should I send a message to?

Hello 

 

I have the same issue as above. When I try to set up a hub ID and key in my NRIC, it says that my NRIC is not available and is already logged in the system. Please help
