Hub ID Upgrade - Unable to link FIN to StarHub account

HI

I'm unable to link my Hub ID with my FIN.

It always shows an error

"The NRIC / FIN you provided already exists in the system. Please enter new one."

Please assist.

Your Hub iD is currently not linked to any StarHub Account. Link and upgrade your Hub iD now!

I am also encountered similar issue.

My hub id isnot linked to any of my mobile number and broadband account...
