Hi every one, I've just installed My Starhub app on Mobile, however, It requires the Bill number to register. How can I get that number from my FIN?

To use My Starhub App you need is the Hub iD.
If you do not have Hub iD, do create / sign-up a new Hub iD.
Hub iD require NRIC or FIN (foreign IC, passport, etc).
Follow the procedure and steps.
Should you forget either or both Hub iD &or password, just press "forget this?" and follow the steps.
It is best to retrieve your lost Hub iD & password using laptop/PC for easy procedure.
To check your Starhub Account you can use either My Starhub App or Starhub.com website login available at the top right ICON.
Your Starhub Accounts would be auto update.
Do manage your accounts as including making changes to VAS and other options, if available.
