Wish to highlight my issue, I am no happy for this charges due to two things as stated below.
1. We use 018 facilites to call overseaes instead of buying cards but when exceeding the plan minutes, the charges is too high per minute.
2. No system to monitor 018 outgoing mins separatly under our My starhub App.
3. Contact customer care officer tooks me 45 mins to an hour.
