Having only 3G coverage since day 1

DEAR STARHUB,

 

PLEASE FIX MY CONNECTION ISSUE AS I AM ONLY HAVING 3G CONNECTION AND EVEN DAY ONE I AM NOT HAVING 4G COVERAGE, ALSO EVERYTIME IT IS DROPPING OFF

 

VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE AS I CANNOT USE THE MOBILE DATA AS IT SHOULD BE. FIX THIS ONE PLEASE

 

JUST GOT MY NEW PHONE WITH YOU LAST WEEK AND I THINK I AM PLANNING TO CHANGE SERVICE PROVIDER

Hi @Blake1530, we are sorry to hear about this. Do you experience this at a specific or multiple locations? Have you tried to test your SIM card on another device to see if you are still experiencing the same issue? - Sofia

Hi @SofiaYusof never i had 4G coverage ever since i got the sim and phone, and i have tried it in my other iphones, still cannot have any good connection. Even once i never had 4G. in my other iphones also the same
