my company corporate line was charge with global sms charges for almost every month and the charges was getting more and more. Please advise what should I do with it?
it's register under my company.. a numbers of phone bill was charged with this global sms thingy and 2 of them are my MD's line.. confirm with them several times and they are very sure that no SMS was sent. Have been calling Starhub but the reply was so crappy, The customer service agent insisted that we did sent out!!! Please have someone to assist me on this.. thank you.

I have came across this Global Sms charges before.
My understanding of the Bill is that the charges are formed when you had done the following...
1) What it means is not you sent out Global Sms and received charges.
2) It actually charges you when u downloaded an app that sent you a "Global Sms" to activate the app!
