My month bills was deducted from another person Giro. How this came about is a mystery. This was discovered in December 2018 and since then I had been calling 1637 and even spoken to counter staff at Plaza Singapura branch for the past bills so that I can make payment to the person who paid for all my bills.
I am still waiting for the said statements for almost 2 months - I was told during a teleconversation that Starhub will send me the past bills via email but there is nothing.
