I just see the lastest bill and noticed that I was billed from $11.99 from Gameasy that I never subscribe myself. How to cancel it and request for wavier?

A StarHub staff contacted me that they won't help to waive the subscription amount for me and I have to directly contact the Gameasy by myself to unsubscibe.
It's ok, just for S$11.99, I can pay. However, my current mobile plan will end in coming August, I don't think to continue using Starhub anymore. Better end my 6 years with Starhub then. I'm going to port my number to Singtel/M1.
