Can someone tell me why will I be charged for this when i don't even subscribe on it??? I didn't give a crap about the message that time thinking it was just a spam message that i usually receive. Saw my bill today and it was really added. Checked online and it seems that I am not the only one who is having this problem. I would really appreciate it if you could waive this out of my bill.

Please submit and provide with the following information;
Registered subscriber Name, NRIC/FIN number, contact, email.
Please do login to My Starhub App and select the mobile number to check on the PRS Barring status.
My Starhub App - My Account - My subscribed services.
Select the Mobile number Contract and scroll to the bottom there is this Service settings.
"Manage Premium Rated Services" and select one of 3 options;
1. 3rd Party PRS Barring
2. Full PRS Barring
3. Deactivate PRS Barring
Do select the correct option and Submit.
Basically this services are activated via Apps on the phone.
If PRS Barring is turn on, it will not be able to process as there will be indicated as Error.

So, please take note when installing the Apps, whether direct via Advertisement or links.
