First bill

Hi, currently I sign up for a XS plan on 8 Aug and I was eligible for 3GB ( original plan) and additional 3GB for youth packs. But when I checking my starhub app, it shows that I only have 2.3GB. Can anyone explain to me what is going wrong? And when I need to pay for the first bill? Thanks.

Hi,

 

A simply calculation will be able to find out the billing cycle period.

 

Example:

Entitle as per plan = 6 GB (3GB on plan + 3GB for youth)

Current entitle allow = 2.3 GB

Based on 30 days per month = 12 days for this period (2.3 / 6 x 31)

Start of current period = 8 Aug

Hence the next period = 12 + 8 = 20 Aug

Note: The 12 days for current period may inclusive of the date 8 Aug.

Estimate billing period start from = 20th day of the month (may slight difference on +1 day )

 

 

To manage the mobile data usage via My Starhub App.

- at the Mobile Usage of the line do activate Usage Alerts.

The value added services (VAS) will be available from the start of your next billing cycle.

 

For your billing dates, you may check via the My StarHub app or by signing in online with your Hub iD - Han

Thanks for your reply.but I am not able to check my biling cycle date in My starhub app as it shown that I have a $0 outstanding bill. Any other ways that I can know my biling cycle date?
