I wants to upgrade my handset to Samsung after 12 months but notice there’s recontract fee of $300 after trying to recontract it on Starhub app.
FYI, I’m a Hub Club member.
For Hub club member there is this Annual Handset Upgrade waiver of $200.
The conditions are; (1) last time utilize this option must be 12 months ago, (2) the mobile contract must completed 12 months.
When you select the mobile contact to recontract, it has option for you to utilize this Annual Handset Upgrade.
Note that Early Recontract fees is $300 and if you select this option you need to top up $100 ($300 - $200).
For if there is an upfront cost of the handset for the plan selected, it is payable.
Meaning instead of paying $300 for Early Recontract there is a need to top up $100.
Any other fees, such as handset upfront cost, are payable.
Recontract can be to any mobile plans.
As similar to normal Recontract on mobile after completed 21 months of contract.
I’ve check my Starhub app for Annual Handset Upgrade waiver of $200 but there’s no option for me to utilise it.
Are you able to check for me?
