I am writing to check in the matters of my Early Recontract.
I am a eligible HubClub member who will be entitled to the Early Recontract after 12 months of service. My supposedly date of recontract last year is 5th November 2015, so I am only able to do a recontract this year on 6th November 2016. However I have been emailing you guys every year to check if I am able to bring forward the date in line with the new iphone release every year, but I always face rejection.
I am trying to check again if I can bring forward my recontract date so that I can get the new Iphone7 on 16th September. I am more than willing to even pay for the 2 months of of bills for October and November if that is possible on top of my new recontract monthly subscription. I always struggle to wait for the 2 months every year and it is getting on my nerve every year.
