Starhub was initially providing unlimited IDD calls that will be charged with local call rates 16c/min with IDD package being subscribed. Then it was limited to 700mins and started charging full IDD rates when exceeding 700mins.
But it never cared to give users an option to track the IDD call usage either using Starhub App nor the website. This is giving tremendous pressure and stress on users to track the usage on our own.
This resulted in delivering me the bill of 687SGD this month that has never happened in the last 9 years of relationship with Starhub.
I believe Starhub will provide me with a fair decision on this case.
